The Hottest Music Videos Of The 2010 - Official TOP list

So here they finally are, we are proud to present the official Top of the hottest music videos last year

California Gurls – Katy Perry

This was the year that you just could not make any music (or boob) related toplist without Katy Perry. Centered on a fantasy candy-land, Katy and her dancers performed as playful beach girls of California. This music video has won many different awards during summer of 2010.

All The Lovers - Kylie

Leah Greenblatt of Entertainment Weekly called it "a striptease-in-the-streets party of epic (and epically horny) proportions" and added, "the result is best described as either a makeout flash mob, a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade gone wild, or some serious 'the touch, the feel of cotton' guerrilla marketing.

Party Animal - Akon ft David Guetta

And then the Akon ft David Guetta “Party Animal”. And how it did happen must have been sumthing like this:

Akon: hey iv got an idea for the music video. We'll get 100 really hot chicks to stand around and pretend to dance...and clothing can be optional
Director: Akon, your a genious

Music still sucks but semi-naked babes rock .

Jessica Sutta - I Wanna Be Bad

Not Myself Tonight - Christina Aguilera

The music video for the song was filmed from April 7 to April 9, 2010 in Los Angeles, directed by Hype Williams. In a radio interview with Z100 Atlanta, Aguilera said: “I’m more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I think I’m even a more sexual Christina." To celebrate the video premiere, her official site started to release photos from the video. Each day it featured a different look of Christina portrayed in the video. The music video officially premiered on Vevo on April 30, 2010. UK music channel 4Music then played the video for the first time on TV at 10:00 a.m. the following day. In an interview with MTV News, Aguilera said that it was the first time she ever crossed paths with Williams.

Promise This - Cheryl Cole

The video for the Cheryl Cole's song Promise This was directed by Sophie Muller and was debuted on 21 September 2010 on UK television channel ITV2. It incorporates scenes of "silhouetted shapes, cut-outs and projected imagery". Digital Spy's Ryan Love described the theme of the video as "dark and glossy". The X Factor official magazine said the video for the song was "gothic ballet".

In the video Cole wears several outfits, described as "gorgeous" by ITN, including a low-cut red dress, a ballerina's leotard, to a short embellished mini-dress. Cole plays a dominant role in part of the video, waiting for a man in a darkened room in one scene and pushing him to the floor with her foot in another. ITN commented on the second part of the film, "We see a softer side to the 27-year-old though, as she dances in a floaty dress, showing off some of her skills which, as a child, won her a sponsorship to study at London's Royal Ballet Summer School." In one of music video's main outfits, Cole is seen wearing 'Wolford Bondage Tights'. "In one scene she is dressed in a Madonna-styled black leotard and black jacket with her hair pushed back in a high ponytail. Another scene shows her dressed as a ballerina, and there’s another one where she wears a red flamenco dress, all in all she looks spectacular.

Loca - Shakira - ft. El Cata

The music video was filmed during a visit in Barcelona, Spain in August 2010. It was directed by long-time Shakira collaborator Jaume de Laiguana. On September 23, a sneak preview of the video was released on Shakira's official website, showing her rollerskating, riding a motorcycle and dancing in a big fountain surrounded by fans. The music video was released Wednesday, September 29 2010. James Montgomery from MTV compared the video to Matt & Kim in their "Lessons Learned" clip and Erykah Badu in her video "Window Seat". The Spanish city reportedly is considering fining the Colombian singer for stopping traffic as she filmed a music video, reports the New York Post. Shakira, who didn’t get any permits, danced in a public fountain (Pla de Palau fountain) and rode on the back of a motorcycle with her hair flowing in the wind, when she should have worn a helmet. About the video Shakira said "The video is just about having fun and being real in this amazing place with real people." The spanish version of the video was released as the free video of the week on iTunes the 21 of December, 2010.

3. Telephone - Lady Gaga feat. Beyoncé

The music video is over nine minutes long[45] and begins where "Paparazzi" left off, Gaga was arrested for killing her boyfriend by poisoning his drink. She is taken to a women's prison where she is led to her cell by two prison guards, who strip her of shoulder-padded dress and left standing nude, while she is mocked by the other prison inmates. One of the guards comments, "I told you she didn't have a dick", referring to the rumors that Gaga is intersex. For three minutes, the video shows Gaga's activities in the prison—including kissing another female prisoner in the exercise yard, wearing sunglasses made out of half-smoked cigarettes, and catfights in the commissary. Gaga's sister Natali Germanotta, makes a cameo in the commissary scene. After that, Gaga answers a call from Beyoncé, and begins to sing the song. She performs the first verse and chorus with other scantily clad inmates, followed by a bridge featuring Gaga wearing only yellow "Caution" tape.
