It was written by Sean Paul, Shellback and Benny Blanco and was produced by Shellback and Benny Blanco. It was released on the September 29, 2011 on Skyrock (French radio), and to iTunes on October 31.
The official music video for "She Doesn't Mind" was released on November 25, 2011. It features some sexy babes with nice long legs dressed as stewardesses.
