Maroon 5 - Moves Like Jagger

"Moves Like Jagger" is a song by American band Maroon 5 featuring American pop singer Christina Aguilera. It was released for digital download on June 21, 2011 in conjunction with a live performance of the song on The Voice the same day. "Moves Like Jagger" was written by Adam Levine, Benjamin Levin, Ammar Malik and Shellback, and was produced by Shellback and Benny Blanco. It was later included on a re-release of the band's third studio album, Hands All Over (2011). The song's lyrics refer to a male protagonist's ability to impress a female with his dance moves, of which he compares to those of Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger. "Moves Like Jagger" debuted at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100, therefore making it the band's first top-ten single since "Makes Me Wonder" (2007), and Aguilera's first top-ten since "Keeps Gettin' Better" (2008). The song was a number-one single on the Canadian and New Zealand charts and was also a top-ten hit in most countries that it charted. The song also marks the first time two former Best New Artist Grammy Award winners have collaborated on a Hot 100 hit.[3] A music video directed by Jonas Akerlund was released on August 8th. The video not only features Christina Aguilera, but it also features some old video footage of Mick Jagger himself and his iconic moves. The single has so far peaked at number 3 in both the UK and on the Billboard hot 100.

The music video for "Moves Like Jagger" was directed by Jonas Åkerlund and filmed in Los Angeles, California on July 8, 2011. On July 9, Aguilera posted an image of herself from the video shoot via Twitter, saying, "Always great to see Jonas Akerlund. He created the perfect feel for the song. Expect a fun video." The image showed Aguilera performing with a band in front of a background of the American flag. Four shirtless images of Levine from the shoot were also released online the same day. More images from the video shoot were released online on July 11, showing Levine and Aguilera performing in front of an American and British-themed backdrop with confetti falling from the ceiling. Another image showed Aguilera performing in front of a black backdrop with her name "Christina" shown in pink. Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger will make an appearance in the video "via archive footage." The music video premiered on August 8 on E!

Becky Bain wrote for Idolator that "Adam Levine wears a whole lot of ink on his upper torso instead of a shirt, and Christina Aguilera applies an entire bottle of mascara around her eyes." The Huffington Post commented "We weren't sure whether Levine and Aguilera would be able to bring it like Mick, but then again, no one can ever touch the original. The best they can do is try to imitate Jagger's greatness--and Levine and Aguilera do a pretty solid job of that."

Mariah Carey - Honey

Mariah Careys song Honey was written by Carey herself, Puff Daddy, Q-Tip and Stevie J, all of whom served as the song's producers as well. Due to the song's use of two samples: "Hey DJ" by the World's Famous Supreme Team, and "The Body Rock" by the Treacherous Three, additional writers are credited. "Honey" was a re-defining song in Carey's career, pushing her farther into hip-hop than she had gone before.

The music video for the Honey garnered much speculation. For the first time in her career, busty Carey was featured provocatively dressed, giving viewers a "taste of the freer Mariah" and the audience truly did love the sightings of her delicious body.. The Puerto Rico-filmed video's concept was created by Carey with Paul Hunter filling in as the director.Serving a James Bond theme, Carey was cast as "the very sexy agent M", and very sexy she also looked, while escaping a large mansion in which she has been held captive. Carey said of the video that "I don't really think the video is overtly sexual, but for me-I mean people used to think I was the nineties version of Mary Poppins!" Poppin sounds where heard in many teen boys bedrooms when they dreamed about Mariah's body.
The captors are played by Eddie Griffin, Frank Sivero, who continue to taunt Carey over her capture and eventual death. After a series of dialogue, Carey escapes her Griffin's character and dives into a swimming pool from the mansion's roof. After an ensemble change, Carey dons a swimsuit and escapes the island via a watercraft. The video's antagonists continue their pursuit of Carey throughout a large body of water, until she arrives aboard a large ship. Throughout most of the video, Carey is seen posing on a large sailboat, while wearing a white bikini. Ahhhh. After boarding the ship, Carey begins sexy dancing and is soon joined by a group of male sailors. After a sequence of dance light dance routines, Carey is seen on an island with her lover, male model David Fumero, and her real life dog, Jack. They frolic together on the island, while Carey happily enjoys her romance.

Alex Gaudino - Destination Calabria

"Destination Calabria" is a DJ track by Italian producer Alex Gaudino, with vocals by Crystal Waters. It is the first single released from his debut album My Destination
The track is a mashup, taking the instrumental from Rune's "Calabria" and the vocals from Alex Gaudino's and Crystal Waters' "Destination Unknown", both originally released in 2003. It was produced with the help of Maurizio Nari and Ronnie Milani, matching the saxophone hook/riff from "Calabria" to Crystal Waters's voice. The music video is directed by Eran "Rani" Creevy and produced by Ben Pugh for Ministry of Sound. It features female dancers in highly sexualized green marching band costumes, pretending to play various instruments in a seductive manner, with choreography by David Leighton. In some scenes, seemingly hundreds of the dancers are seen at once, but these are simply the original eight replicated many times using digital imagery.
Waters herself does not appear in the video, with some of the marching band members miming her lyrics.

Dan Balan - Chica Bomb

Dan Bălan is a Moldovan-Romanian singer, songwriter, and producer. To be totally honest, the song sucks big time, but the babe, Katie DiCicco, in the video is hot. Specially when she is sweaty. Released In 2010 it became an instant hit in many European countries and hit #37 in Germany and #44 in UK Singles Chart and number 1 in Russia and Greece (in Greece, this song was released with the Greek singer Eleni Foureira, performing the song during the 2010 MAD VMAs/MAD Video Music Awards).

Paula Abdul - Cold Hearted

The first really naughty video by the same artist who gave us "Forever Your Girl" - "Cold Hearted" (often mistitled "Cold Hearted Snake") is a single from Paula Abdul's album Forever Your Girl, written and co-produced by Elliot Wolff. It hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the album's third song to top the US chart. "Cold Hearted" became one of Abdul's best known songs for its then streetwise lyrics and provocative music video.
The video for "Cold Hearted" was inspired from Bob Fosse's erotica dance sequence from the movie All That Jazz.

In the video, Abdul dances for music executives with a group of semi-nude dancers. The dance floor includes scaffolding where Abdul and her dancers hang and grind. The video was directed by David Fincher (of Fight Club fame), and spent more than three weeks on top of MTV's video rotation list.
It is notable for featuring both female/male and male/male dancer combinations.[citation needed] In the video, Abdul performs a rap interlude; this is included on some variations of the single.
